The Te Mana O Te Moana association invites you to a unique experience with a one-hour guided tour on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays at the InterContinental Tahiti Resort & Spa. It\u2019s a great opportunity to get a closer look at these fascinating creatures, learn about their life cycle, and understand the threats they face in our oceans. <\/span><\/p>\n

<\/b> Te Mana O Te Moana n\u2019est pas qu\u2019une simple association, c\u2019est un v\u00e9ritable d\u00e9fenseur de la faune marine polyn\u00e9sienne. En partenariat avec la DIREN, l\u2019association prend soin des tortues en d\u00e9tresse : r\u00e9cup\u00e9r\u00e9es, soign\u00e9es, et r\u00e9habilit\u00e9es pour qu\u2019elles puissent retourner librement dans les eaux cristallines de notre lagon. <\/span><\/p>\n

<\/b>Protecting sea turtles: Raising awareness about the importance of their conservation.<\/span>
<\/span>The threats they face: Plastics, nets, and other dangers that hinder their survival.<\/span>
<\/span>Powerful reminders: Plastics and other objects found in their bodies, revealing their daily struggle.<\/span><\/p>\n

The tour begins with a presentation of all the turtle species found in Polynesia, followed by an exploration of the InterContinental lagoon to observe these magnificent creatures.<\/span><\/p> <\/div>\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n
